About Us

Coffee brought us together. 

Sarah was raised by her Colombian mama and well caffeinated father in the Northeast. She always loved coffee. When she moved to Florida for college, she didn’t go without her coffee pot. 

John, raised in Texas, didn’t grow up drinking coffee. Love had other plans. He was interested in Sarah and knew the way to her heart was through coffee. So - his love for coffee began. 

And the rest is history. 

So coffee is an important part of their story. 

Then - the Bothes started this with the idea that every cup of coffee should be able to go further than the cup. They wanted to find a way to provide a great cup of coffee that also makes a difference. 

Thus … Monument Coffee was born.

We roast coffee beans.

We started this with a mission to make the best cup of coffee.
